This revolutionary design gives you the option of using up to three cables simultaneously for maximum resistance. The handle’s form and function are unique due to its ergonomically comfortable fit and its ability to provide an infinite combination of cable resistances.  All making the band easily adjustable, comfortable and interchangeable.

For beginners starting with just one cable please make sure the plugged cable ends are inserted in the center pocket of both handles. When using two cables, they should be inserted in the two outside pockets of the handles.  To insert a cable, place hands about six inches apart and stretch the cable out, slipping the narrowed section into the pockets.  Then pull the plugged end securely into the pocket.

Each set comes with two handles and three elastic bands.
