Hi Alex, old people in Montréal often talks about the old legends of the Montreal CH... But to me and probably many people of my generation you are our Montreal CH legend. I'll talk about you to my kids like my grand-father used to talk about Guy Lafleur to me and my brother. You are an exemple and one day I Hope you jersey will be up in the air with all the other legends of the Montreal CH. You truly deserve your place. I hope you're going to stay here in Montreal... I still think you had a very good year despite everything that had happen this year... You are a hardworker, one of the smartest player and a true leader. Thank you for all you've done and i wish you good luck + a brand new Off.Def who is able to pass the puck and have a big powerful shot on net during the PP... So you won't have to skate with 4 players on your shoulders during the PP and be able to burn the league during PP and be able to use the Kovy Pass with Marky, or the big shot from the OFF-D, or the well known and so dangerous Kovy's office (Situated down right the circle between the net and the blue line which cause a situation where you can shot or pass the puck to who you want without having too much pressure from the D. )

Hi Alex, I just want to thank you for who you are. You're inspiring little boys and girls who wants to play profesional hockey, that's for sure. But what you've done and what you're still doing is so much more than hockey. You're a winner, a real one and you're playing like one, you're acting like one and most importantly, you're living like one. No compromise. No bullshit. You're inspiring much more than the little ones. It most had been hard for you sometimes to be confined at the second plan, leadership wise. But you don't need a "C" on your shirt to be one, we can feel it. Hope you'll stay here in Montreal, we so need you. ALEX! Congratulations on a great season! I know things probably didn't go EXACTLY as you wanted or expected but when does anything EVER go exactly as expected? Hardly ever. Sometimes things just don't go you're way. You and the rest of the guys did the BEST you could and we as the fans should appreciate that!!! Next year is a new year! Dear Alex, I was at Bell Center for the last game of our team last night. I sure hope that this wasn't the last time that you were playing for the CH. Montreal Canadiens need you to stay, we need you to stay with us. I wish you a great summer and that you come back well rested and in shape to be our captain next september. Have a great vacation flying your plane with your family over our head, but don't stay away for to long....!!!

Alex, I was at the Bell Center for the last game and I want to say thank you for a wonderful season. Thank you for putting in the goals that were needed and making us believe it was possible, even if there were problems on the team and many injured players. You are truly a unique and talented player and I truly hope you will be back in Montreal next year as captain of the team. You deserve it because you are an example of determination and leadership. One last thing, I am so sad for what happened with a small minority of supposedly fans that booed and threw water bottles at the end. I am ashamed for them and I truly am sad and sorry. Ignorant people act in an ignorant way, but the majority of Montreal Canadiens fans love the team and love you dear Kovi. God bless and see you next season!

Je ne sais à qui je m'adresse. Je suis tombée en amour avec le hochey l'an dernier seulement en voyant ce joueur qu'est Alex Kovalev. Je n'en revient pas comme il a du talent. Je suis bien décue pour lui cette année. Il ne joue pas comme l'an passé. Le coeur ne semble pas y être. Je l'adore comme joueur et lorsqu'il accrochera ses patins je raccroche aussi. Le hochey ne m'intéressera plus. J'envie les gens qui ont la chance de cotoyer ce grand athlète. Qu'il soit russe me fait l'aimer davantage. J'aime les compositeurs de musique classique russe, les écrivains russes. et ce magnifique athlète qu'est Alex Kovalev. Dommage qu'il ne puisse lire mon message.

I am so very happy that you are now with the Montreal Canadiens and hopefully you will stay on til the end of your career in the NHL.
